CFC is seeking a Fundraising Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead and execute grassroots and mid-level fundraising initiatives for a portfolio of athlete- and sports-focused clients.
This role is ideal for a hands-on fundraiser who understands donor psychology, thrives in relationship-based fundraising, and is energized by sports and athlete-driven storytelling.
This position is structured around a flexible 32-hour work week, designed to support strong performance while prioritizing balance and sustainability. Hours may flex based on campaign cycles and client needs.
